                                                           Raw Banana Snacks

A Kerala delight, easy to made recipe, to be enjoyed in evening or any time when feeling hungry

 

Raw Banana – 5

Turmeric Powder – 1tsp

All time Wheat Flour – 1 bowl

Chilli Powder – ½ tsp

Water – ½ bowl

Baking Soda – ½ tsp

Cooking Oil – 5 tbsp

 

 

Process:

Make a paste of all time Wheat Flour. Then add turmeric powder, Chilli Powder, salt and baking soda into it. Peel off the banana and slice it length wise into 2 halves.

Now take oil in a cooking pan and heat it for 2 minutes. Dip the raw banana into the paste, so that it sticks with it.

Put the dipped banana in the oil. Deep fry it till the colour turns golden brown.

Tip:

Take the raw banana to make it tasty and crisp. You can serve with any sauce or chutney or could be taken without them.
